Logixa ("we", "us", or "our") is a freight and logistics management platform operated by Nurdsoft. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you visit logixa.io or use our platform. By using Logixa, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Contact form submissions
When you fill out our contact or demo request form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Usage data
We may collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, referrer, approximate location) through privacy-respecting analytics tools. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.
Platform data
The Logixa platform currently operates with demonstration data only. No real shipment, customer, or carrier data is stored or processed on behalf of users at this time.

4. Email Communications

5. Data Storage & Security
Contact form submissions are transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed through AWS Simple Email Service (SES). We do not store form submissions in a database. Emails are received by our team and subject to our internal data handling practices.
Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS and benefits from industry-standard physical and network security controls. We apply the principle of least privilege to all service access.
6. Cookies
Logixa does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies to support site functionality. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
7. Third-Party Services
Our site is hosted on AWS CloudFront and S3. Contact form processing uses AWS Lambda and SES. These services have their own privacy and security policies. We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or data brokers.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Logixa is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Logixa after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
